We operate primarily as a quantity seller of South American seed jewelry. Our principal project is to represent a group of women in the small pueblo of Campohermoso, Colombia. We return everything above our expenses to these women and to their community for charitable projects. You can read more about the project on the Artisans page.

Discounts and Minimum Order Size: The minimum order is $25. Orders of $50 to $100 receive an automatic 5% discount; orders from $100 to $200, 10%, and orders over $200, 15%. Resellers should email:                      info@seedjewelrycenter.com

Shipping/handling: There is a flat fee of $5 for orders up to $50, $7.50 for orders between $50 and $100, and additional amounts of $2.50 for each 0-$50 additional (for example, $12.50 for an order of $170). Shipping is by US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Normal shipping is to U.S. addresses only; for foreign orders, please contact us by email.

Out-of-stock: Designs of handmade jewelry  change frequently, and we carry a limited stock of each item. If an item is out-of-stock we will let you know by email if we are going to receive new stock, and if so, you have the option of backordering the item. We leave sold-out items on the website so that you can indicate your interest in our restocking the product. Resellers placing larger orders should anticipate delays of 30 days or longer.

Returns: Satisfaction is guaranteed, but items must be returned, unworn and with original packing, within 5 days of receipt. Please email for authorization to return goods. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping charges paid unless, of course, there is something wrong with the product in which case we assume all shipping charges.

Payment: Because we are a small non-profit company, we have chosen to keep payment options simple. We normally accept only Visa or Master Charge. However, if you wish to pay by money order or by a PayPal cash transfer, please send an email before placing the order.
